Lee Dynes will be playing a set of freely improvised music with innovative guitarist Jakob Pek and creative bassist Lee Hodel on Monday, November 11th (Veterans Day). The event will be part of a curated night presented by Oakland Freedom Jazz Society, and will take place at Pro Arts Gallery in Oakland’s Frank Ogawa Plaza. Lee will be playing with his trio at the Monday night events hosted by the Oakland Freedom Jazz Society at the Pro Arts Gallery and Commons in Oakland, CA. Lee will be leaning into his “free jazz” and “new music” dispositions on this date, featuring original compositions, improvisations, and everything in between. Concert will have a suggested donation between $7-$15, and Lee’s group will be sharing the bill with Jordan Glenn and Jakob Pek. Don’t miss this night of revolutionary music making and free thinking art.
